The owner and the operator of the Internet pages http://www.morfico.cz is the company MFC - MORFICO s.r.o., registered office 666 03 Tišnov, Olbachtova 1758, Company ID number (IČ): 25507494, Tax payer ID number (DIČ): CZ25507494, which in accordance with Act No. 121/2000 Coll., Copyright Act, is entitled to execute the property rights for these Internet pages (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

The operator is the owner of the copyright for all content which the Operator operates on the pages http://www.morfico.cz, including the text, page design, technical sketches and graphics, all displays on these pages, as well as the selection and the manner of the arrangement of the documents contained on these pages.
 
The rights and obligations of the Operator and the users during the use of these pages are governed by the following Rules.  These Rules relate to all persons who visit these pages (hereinafter referred to as the "Users"). The User expresses their consent with these Rules when viewing any of these www pages of the Operator or uses any information located within the www pages of the Operator.
 
The publication of any data pr information on the pages http://www.morfico.cz, with the exception of this document, does not have the nature of any legal act unless otherwise stated in individual cases. 

Collection of information and its use
The access to the pages http://www.morfico.cz may be conditioned on the part of the Operator by the provision of various personal data of the User pursuant to Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and possible other acts, as amended.  In this case, the Provider will use this data in accordance with valid legal regulations. 

Provision of personal data
The Operator cooperates with companies providing various services. These companies, if authorized, may use the personal data of the User and to use this information only during the fulfilment of their obligations and must not use it for any other purpose.  The Operator does not sell, transfer and does not provide personal data to any third parties. 

However, the Operator reserves the right to use or hand-over any datum which will be necessary for the fulfilment of legal regulations, for the protection of the integrity of the network, the fulfilment of the requirement of the User or during a legal investigation in the public interest.

If the User wishes to correct the personal data which the Operator has, they can apply to do so at the e-mail address webmaster@morfico.cz or at the address provided in the Contacts section.

Cookies
"Cookies" is information which is transferred from the Internet page to the hard disk of the Users computer.  Cookies enable the Internet page to remember important information which will make further use easier. 

As with most Internet pages, the pages of the Operator use cookies.  On the basis of anonymous data objects, the Operator monitors the total number of visitors to these pages. 

If the user wants to use cookies or the Internet browser to advise the use of cookies, they must select the respective option in their Internet browser. If the user will block all cookies, they will not be able to use some of the functions on these pages. 

References to other pages
On the pages http://www.morfico.cz there are references to pages over which the Operator does not have any control.  If the User will visit any of these pages they should be familiarized with ensuring the security of their personal pages. The Operator does not bear any liability for the procedures and policy of other companies.

Changes in the policy for the protection of personal data
The Operator reserves the right to implement at anytime and in any manner, their policy concerning personal data and the actual status will always be placed on these pages. 

User behaviour
When using these pages, the User must not intervene into the security of these pages; they must not use these pages for the transfer of defective files or attempt to access into publicly non-accessible pages. The User is also obliged to comply with the copyright of the Operator on these pages. 

Liability and legislation
Any risks resulting for the User from the use of these pages are fully on the part of the User and the Operator does not bear any liability. All disputes originated in relation with the use of these pages will be considered by a locally competent court in the Czech Republic and in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.

The provisions of these terms which due to any reason will become unenforceable will be considered as separated from the remaining provisions and will not influence the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. 

Declaration of accessibility
The Operator of the www pages declares that these pages attempt the maximum accessibility of the content and all functionalities for all Internet users.

During the production of the pages, the methodological instruction of MIČR (Best practice – rule for the creation of web access, as of 25th August 2004) were taken into consideration, the main standards WCAG 1.0 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0, as of 5th May 1999), with the emphasis on the fulfilment of rules with priority 1, and the methodological instructions of the project "Blind Friendly Web" Uniform organisations of blind people and people with impaired sight in the Czech Republic (as of 4th February 2004).
