Fresh liquid coats

Fresh liquid coats are mixed and transported to the place of application by means of modern application systems with the use of vehicle mixers with pumps or special transport mixing and transport equipment.

The floor coating on the basis of cement or anhydride is applied on the prepared base in a liquid status.  This method enables fast placement, the daily output is approximately 1000 m2.

After the application the layer of the coating is de-aerated with the use of fine shaking during which a plain and smooth surface originates.  Due to the advantageous properties of the cast floor, its importance is permanently increased.  The health risk to employees is decreased because there are no hard working activities related to the placement of common types of floor coatings. The implementation companies particularly appreciate the time advantages with the use of cast floor coatings so that after hardening it is possible to continue working very quickly on the placed area.  Investors appreciate the quality of the work in proportion to the spent costs.

In flat constructions the cast flooring coat is more often applied during the installation of heating in the floor.  Bubbles are not created and heating tubes which are located in the floor are closely surrounded.  The reduction of the nominal force of the coating layer is also advantageous which enables to ensure the highly efficient transfer of heat.

Cast coatings are applied in family houses, residential houses, offices, schools, hotels and other civil facilities.
