Construction wall segments

Wood-cement shaped bricks are wall parts of a large format used for dry bricking thereby fulfilling all requirements for modern construction.

Positive properties of wood used for production and technological procedures eliminate its negative properties and ensure excellent technical parameters of walls.

Wood-concrete is produced by mixing mineralized spruce chips, cement and water which is shaped in a steel mould into a hollow shaped brick. The exact form is achieved by milling. It serves as a sacrificial framework for filling concrete and as a carrier for inserted thermal insulation and plasters. Despite its size, it is light, frost-proof and fire-proof.
Construction wall segments are very environmentally friendly during production, as well as during construction. Transport is minimized due to the low weight of the shaped bricks which are transported without palettes and packing foils. The construction materials necessary for the initial rough construction are restricted only to shaped bricks, concrete and a small volume for reinforcement. The construction system is a combination of two types of “dry application” shaped bricks (basic and corner) without any joining stabilizing elements and its pouring with concrete is very simple and fast.

Construction wall segments from wood-cement are recommended for the building of any construction structure, from family houses through to low energy residential houses, industrial buildings and civil facility constructions. They also have a high application in the production of noise barriers at roads and railways.

Significant time and costs savings have been confirmed during the development of many constructions in the Czech Republic, as well as abroad.
